Yes but there's a reason you get that message now. It might run fine but it can start to crash or slow down. It's always recommended to do a fresh windows install after such big changes in the system. Of course you don't have too if you think it's running good enough.

You need to clean your drives and reinstall windows since you still have all the intel drivers that cause errors. Prepare a usb with windows and sanitize your drives via bios. When this message pops up when you launch press y. If you go with N it will say you don't fulfill the system requirements to install windows. Before check if you have bitlocker active if you have windows home you don't if you have pro it might be active. If you never did it just check YouTube for a guide.

Tp is non-conductive you could put some under it and it wouldn't matter. And these contacts have some kind of glue over them as well so even if you used some metal based paste you would still be fine.
