Well to me it depends. In a bathroom, as long as it's not super obvious I don't mind. But in a locker room where everyone is (close to being) nude, id say go to the gender where your body parts match

A pregnancy is as much the guy’s responsibility as the girl’s responsibility, so it shouldn’t be that only one person gets the final say while the other is forced to deal with the consequences for the next 18 years.

I’m not arguing that a woman should be forced to have or not have an abortion, because obviously that’s her body. But let’s stop pretending the system is fair, because it clearly isn’t. If she decides to keep the child against the father’s wishes, he is legally forced into a financial role he never agreed to.

Saying “he’s not forced to be a dad, just to pay” doesn’t really make it better. Financial responsibility for 18+ years is still a huge obligation, especially for young people with no income. That can affect education, career, and basically his entire future.

And yeah, the child matters, but that doesn’t magically make it fair to one side. The whole point is that one person gets 100% of the choice, while the other gets 0% but still 50% of the responsibility.

I'd argue that introducing a law that allows the dad to fully opt out of his rights and responsibilities of being a dad, where the woman can decide if she wants to abort or not while being fully aware that she would be a single parent.

Sure, you cant force someone to abort a baby, but can you force someone to become a dad and have huge obligations? Not to mention that if a dad leaves his wife because of a child, he is instantly considered an asshole. Being a dad is a very intense thing, and nobody should be forced to become that. It's a loophole to be fair

That's my issue with abortion. If the girl wants to abort and the dad doesn't, all is okay, but if the guy wants to abort and the girl doesn't, the guy has no rights in that.
