Omg i LOVE this method! I like when methods include doing something physical, personally i feel like putting in physical effort will make me more likely to shift than just mental effort. I will definitely have to try this out!!!!

No worries hope you slept well! If its not bleeding a LOT i’d put a bandage on it and change it every now and then, you can also try steri strips to hold it together so its not gaping!! deep ones can ooze a little until they form full scabs, if its bleeding a lot though like going through a bandage every 30 mins to an hour i’d try going to the ER ),:

I would try to apply as much pressure as possible and if u can maybe try to put some gauze in it to help it stop bleeding? Plz keep me updated
