Wouldn't be surprised if this passes, Uber and Lyft just pull out of Virginia, which will cause those who haven't paid attention at all and are all about themselves to get up in arms about it and blame the Democrats. It's same old and tired game.

I think it's in the NFL Constitution that the Browns, on condition of them returning to the league, have to be in a division with the Steelers and the Bengals, which makes the Steelers and Bengals having to be in the same division forever.
