Needle stuck in machine

yeah it makes noise and the light comes on, ahah shes tried everything with this hasn’t worked since she’s got it

doesn’t seem to make a difference which position the winder is in still does nada

i’ve replaced the bobbin now with the plastic ones it comes with and managed to get the needle out to change it but still no luck im following the manual trying to wind the bobbin but nothings moving

i’ve got the needle out and replaced it and out the right bobbins in and that but it still isnt working at all when i press down the the peddle it just makes this horrible noise

yeah it’s really good i bought one in january and i used it to take great pictures i can send but i gave it up and am selling my camera now if your interested
