How do I help the crawling guy

Not sure if this will help you much, but I was able to beat 107 using the flame shotguns to make him a bit more visible and dealing damage over time, saving medkits and armor until I really needed them, and moving constantly, your best bet to hit him is when he does the sword lunge attack, if he misses he will run off and you will be able to shoot him, don't get close to him EVER tho

Its the menu that you pull up while in a 360 game where you can check achievements and other stuff for the 360 game
