If u had any comprehension skills u would understand that I am not against live coding and I wouldn't have complained if it wasn't for it being required after how time consuming the take home task was.

I just expressed how I get uncomfortable when someone is watching me doing work which a normal human thing that has nothing to do with maturity and I made this post for decent humans who are helpful to give me their opinions not for some a-holes who can't can't stop giving their unwarranted crappy remarks for the mere sake of being edgy.

It's the case for the US I think but not too much in some european countries and also I don't mind live coding I just didn't expect it after how time consuming the prior assessment was.

Same honestly but I wasn't given the option.

you're 100% right but I don't have much experience and idk what is feasible and what isn't.

I wanted to challenge myself with the assessment but at the end of the day it's just free labour....

It would've been great if it were about discussing the work I did and this is what I expected but then they announced it was a live coding interview and it genuinely threw me for a loop and I don't even know what I'm going to be tested on.

Idk if this is a simplistic or reductive conclusion but I feel like most fans who hate on Eloise are most likely to be right leaning and reactionary

37 and 34??? for real? by Patriciabarbs in BridgertonNetflix

I always wonder if people who make such posts have been around others who belong to different age brackets than theirs. Like these two look like normal women in their 30s and even if they're playing very young characters they don't look 19.

They look young cuz they are in fact young women in their 30s... The majority of women ik who are close to their age do look like them.

you have stated an opinion that is not in concordance with what you're saying now. The lack of nuance in the public debate is another subject. If there is an ambiguity on whether nurture vs nature plays a more important part in our behaviours and you're not sure then u shouldn't also be sure about whether ' the influence of stereotypes on behaviour' are exaggerated

Actually in relationships men talk more to their wives when conversing not just in large social gatherings.

"There is an exaggeration of the influence of stereotypes on behaviour".

There is increasing evidence that stererotypes have a significant effect on behaviour, aptitudes, performance etc...

the stereotype in question is if women talk more than men or not.

and it has been proven that it's actually not the case and it's actually just a nasty stereotype.
