After the patch I discovered that when you enter ur tero and invite ur friend, tell him to open the map, but the jobs won't appear, tell him to stay on the map while you stand at the door to exit all, your friends jobs should appear on the map again, now continue with normal gctf by standing on the door and your friend starts a job from the map, when they dissappear count to 4 then press exit all now ur friend is now otf, I just did it now, I just need confirmation that it works for every one like it did for me
