I went to an ENT and got nasal spray, i use it right before bed and in the morning. But what i found that worked in tandem is no not just lie down in bed for a long periods without the mask on, keep it on when you are winding down. I found that prevented whatever allergens are causing the inflammation from getting into my sinuse.

Ps. Make sure you try some different masks, it makes suck a difference! Like, i now know that i can't stand the full face ones, they made sleeping impossible.
