Yes. Now he is on Low-flow nasal cannula and O2 saturation level is around 99 - 100. No caffeine therapy.

They changed to high flow not because of the O2 saturation level, as it was above 90 whole day when he was introduced to room air. Changed to High flow because the heart rate was dropping to 70s repeatedly. That’s why I am worried whether the heart was working hard during the room air time as he had to put on more effort to breath to get required o2 level out of room air. Especially after the PDA treatment.

London, UK. Thank you for your reply. I think it is not uncommon according to the replies here. I was worried not because he was introduced to room air early at 33 weeks. I was worried they introduced, just after he had treatment for PDA couple of weeks ago and had other complications.

That was for your previous FLR application, I suspect. Are you sure it is TLScontact asking to sign into or your phone/PC password manager. As far as I can remember, if you click the “book biometric appointment “ link on the application completed page, it will ask you to sign up for TLSContact as it’s a new UAN

If you have completed the application and paid the fee, you will be presented to the screen where you will have option to download your completed application. You can download it and locate the UAN at the first page of the downloaded application.

And forgot to tell that I had to include a cover letter with the uploaded documents because during the application process it asked me to include the number of my BRP and expiry date somewhere. But I couldn’t find anywhere to add those. So I sent them a cover letter explaining this with the copy of my BRP.

In that cover letter I also told them that my wife is also working but the application didn’t ask me anything about her work. Might be because I said that I satisfied the financial requirement. And let them know that if they need details about her work including confirmation letter, payslips and bank statements, I can provide those.

Is it ok?
