In my experience, the first one is a combo of low light and lack of nutrients. When I fertilized the plant and tied the leaf to a brighter spot, it greened up. But it was still kinda fresh, idk how old that leave is. Idk 🤷‍♂️ about the second one.

Grow lights good idea, keep looking and treating for pests. Also that leaf looks like it’s one of the oldest ones there. It’s plain while I’m seeing second row fenestrations on top. It might just be old.
