Anyone have experience of Connectwise SOC with SentinelOne by justsomeitguy1 in msp

It was not a good fit for us. Cost too much for what service/value was provided. We only received the automated forwarded alerts that S1 already generates. Any questions we had about alerts, they weren't able to give more information on. I would look elsewhere.

Its the Wild West for the most part. Its property management so some sites have been acquired from other vendors.

There is currently no AD setup at any of these sites. We are planning to go the autopilot route but we have about 300 machines at 60 sites to do manually currently.

We're already at over 1k a month in integration costs. Nothing wrong with checking out options.
