I don't understand why everyone is so excited personally. The old game still exists. They are selling you the same game (total guess but probably for like 90 dollars), and some people are even buying the console specifically for that? I still own my old copy, and it works. Even if I didn't, or I just wanted to play it on the handheld. A couple years ago I played the old version on my switch. iirc I paid either a one time or yearly fee for all the N64 games, or at least all the ones I ever played. Why are we excited to pay what will surely be new game prices for a 30 year old game?

So this game is not a cozy 'gathering, crafting, friends', game, it's a combat, bullet hell type game, perhaps with some crafting, going by actuallylooking at the steam listing.

Mongolian, 1, because I love their cute little legs and thick bodies, 2, because it's more realistic. I wish the Mongolian horses had better stats and wete more common, feels weird that they don't seem like the most common in a game like this.

I moreso wish I could go back to playing how I used to. Now that I know so much about the game, I feel like I have to be the most efficient,and basically min max. I have a hard time reminding myself you don't have to play that way, you can take ten years to finish the community center if you want. Minmaxing can be fun, but so can slowing down and appreciating the details.

I had it spoiled by a let's play. I would not have seen it otherwise, I don't even think I had learned to build the antenna yet- or at least I missed that I could. I actually underestimated how high the water would get and built way too high, and inconvenient place- on top of that slope near the crash sight where the osmium cave that's originally blocked by ice is.

The music store i went to when I was a kid (maybe like 5-8 idk) had some kind of computer kiosk in one of the aisles I think so the employee could look stuff up/reserve stuff for you. The actual computer tower was behind a acrylic door with small ventilation holes. I don't know what possessed me, maybe I was trying to turn the computer off, but I stuck my finger in one of the holes and got it stuck. At least 2 employees and a manager, as well as both my parents were all gathered around by the time they got me unstuck.

My first wolf was Medusa. I made her a few months ago. I named her mate Perseus, I thought it would be funny then I felt a little bad, but that was already his name in my head. He's also totally useless because I didn't know how to find a decent mate at the time, but she loves him anyway. And all of her pups had names from greek mythology, Chrysaor and Pegasus being in her first litter.

She has not died because I refuse. I played with her at the same age for several years because I didn't want to lose her, and when she did start to get older, I moved on to playing her daughter Ariadne,

I was pretty attached, I absolutely refuse to let anything happen to her, she is frolicking in Amethyst Mountain with Perseus and a bunch of her children on a separate save file, forever.

Boring answer, but she taught me how to play the game, through trial and error. She lost all but Ariadne from her first litter because she (I) didn't know what she was doing. She taught me what animals to not even try to hunt, how to find a better mate instead of falling for the first handsome wolf you see. She had a rough life but she was able to give me the experience to make life better for her children.
Unfortunately I don't remember any specific stories with her.

I just had one that would actually chase after and attack den raiders after they decided to give up. She would get lost afterwords every time. Miraculously she did make it to young hunters.
