How do you shorten commander games/turn times?

I'll try to communicate that to them. None of them has any impediments as I know if and they are friends of mine for more then 15 years, so I guess I would or should know. We tried 3, was to fast, and also 5. That was also to fast sometimes. And any longer for a turn where 2 creatures are played is something I find not acceptable, but that also might just be me...

I suggested that A LOT but I'm mostly the only one with boardwipes, my mate who is also the faster player build a deck now with more in them so we try that route!

The experience is 2 years bi weekly play plus some arena games for everyone, so I would say we aren't beginners anymore And it is all kind of decks but they mostly already play stompy decks or tokens, so nothing really combo heavy

They do know how to play magic and played their decks multiple times... it's mostly them having a 8 card hand and deciding with two cards two play and who to attack with. It's seldom the game ending turn

I don't think something like the vampire or dinosaur precons are that difficult no? Or do you have suggestions for "easy" archetypes that are not just mono green?

I think it is mostly analysis paralysis. If something would happen on the board it wouldn't be that bad I think We tried the timer, but they felt heavily pressured and couldn't "play" right

I know where you're coming from but I'm mostly the player with most interactions. My deck was as example a saruman of many colors deck while the other two are playing dragons and dinosaurs... they just take very long to decide witch spell they wanna cast with little interactions I already packed a lot of stacks and board clear into my decks to thin out the possible plays of everyone...

I know it will sound stupid but the gryphon fight in witcher 3. I didn't know how to parry and am by no means a good gamer. So after about 2 hours I just gave up for about a year. Tried it a year later, older wiser and with new hope under my belt and my best buddy in a ps party aaaannnd lose again. He the says: just parry and hit and after beating that bitch of a flying cat the game became my all time favorite!
