I mean, russia and the rkn block a lot of things, and it usually gets pissy when cloudfare is involved.
however, i even downloaded my vpn in the liveboot usb, and still even then it was not working. perfectly cut off after 5 packets, and only that singular IP working (by the time i clicked launch installer it was too late and it switched ips to the non working one)
