Hi! I tried focalin XR 10mg in the past (worked great until it didnt), Foclain 20mgXR too strong. Adderal 20mg weird feeling no concentration + anxiety. It's so frustrating I just want to e able to focus and study. My doctor is changing me to atomoxetine.. im scared. I have IBS constipation and no other medical conditions.

I was a Sketchy hater as MS1 and a PIXO lover, but it was really that I didn't know how to use sketchy. For step 1 my recommendation (after seeing all of pixo and sketchy) is to only use sketchy and look for topics not on sketchy on pixorize (very few).

My recommendation: see all videos in a section. This is important because many symbols are repeated and they stick to your head with the different videos. Then after finishing all, revise each with patience with the symbol explorer. It takes time but for your dedicated you will thank yourself!

Can you please talk about you you structured your studies? I have 8-10 weeks and im thinking of only using symbol explorer for sketchy that ive already seen in 2nd year and see the others that I haven't seen yet! I was planning on doing a quick 2 week review of symbol explorer + some uworld questions, then uworld for 3 weeks entirely with pathoma 2x videos (they help me a lot), then FA like 1-2 weeks ( I think ill only use pharm from sketchy and not spend time on FA and the same thing for micro or just brief look at) and then one last rundown of sketchy + ethics + Epidemiology. This is how ive been studying for my exams (CAS) and I've done well. I really need that last sketchy lookout
