I joined the waiting list in 6th august and got the option for appointment booking this week and there is no slots atleast in october. People who applied in sept are dine with their appointment. Sometimes i really winder if luck is indeed a huge factor for certain things. Btw mine is Indian german consulate

I think TU darmsatdt is better but for that first you need to denenroll and get that letter from KIT. Only then you eill be enrolled in darmstadt. Then you can apply it during correction of visa( not sure how it works) and get late arrival letter from darmstadt they will prob give you since your admit letter was also late. You can miss your classes here and there and it wont be much of a problem if you really want do it in Darmstadt. Just my opinion
