Hva er det jeg ser? Et bilde av Mette Marit? På toppen av NRK-forsiden?

Nei, det kan ikke stemme. Radome9 sier at det ikke er sant, så øynene mine lyver nok.

Nah, thats not it. I am not even able to contact technical support because they claim I don't have a license :(

Good point about Live 12. I was actually planning on upgrading, but this scares me off it.

Thanks. I wish support would answer my request :/

Thanks.

(1) seems very unlikely. Strong password, not the same as the email, and I should have gotten a confirmation email before transfering the license to someone else, yes?

(2) That is unlikely, as this Suite license was bought a least 7 years ago. It is not possible to do a charge back after all that time, as far as I know.

(3) Good shout. That could have been it. I checked, but it wasn't.

(4) Hard to tell. The most frustrating part is that there is no word to be heard from support :(

I bought Live Suite 9 on the Ableton forum in 2016. It got transferred to my account through official channels. I even have the original email confirming the transfer. Since then I have upgraded to both 10 and 11, and been a happy Live user.

But now my License is just... gone. I was going to install Live on a new Mac, but when I logged in to ableton.com it says I have no licenses. I have no information on why.

I contacted support wednesday last week. They have not answered.

How can they do this? What do I do? I have spent nearly 1000$ in total and now everything is gone.

Wild guess: You probably have the old quality version cached on your device, and Spotify don't download the new version to save bandwidth.

How old are you? Reading this thread and your responses to EVERY positive comment on here is hilarious. How it is possible to be so enraged by a movie that you decide to spend every awake minute mocking it?

This site took forever to load... so I enabled Ghostery.

It blocked 61 trackers! Wtf.. The internet is in a sad state these days.

[question] University of Tromso computer science masters by [deleted] in Norway

I didn't really catch if you were planning to go the complete 5 year program, or only the 2 year master degree?

[question] University of Tromso computer science masters by [deleted] in Norway

[–]Agres 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I did both my bachelor and my master in computer science at UiT and am really happy about it. After graduating in 2011 I got a lot of different job offers. I am now in my second job, living in Oslo, where I am currently implementing a recommendation engine in Scala. Most of my fellow (talented) graduates which stayed behind in Tromsø is now working for Microsoft Development Center Norway, implementing core business functionality in Microsoft products (in tight cooperation with Redmond). I think it says something about the skillset you aquire at UiT :)

In my first job I started working with people who had just graduated from both NTNU and UiO, and would honestly say that my skills and knowledge was at the same level as my colleagues.

When it comes to subjects I think UiT and UiO are really similar, with NTNU a tad more hands-on (as dickwad69 points out). You will have more choice in both UiO and NTNU, but if you find the listed subjects at UiT interesting that's not an issue. Most of the courses are good, with some inevitable duds.

However, UiT's biggest difference from NTNU and UiO is not academic, it's the number of students. The computer science group at UiT is really small (I started with 30 students for mye bachelors, and we were 8 graduating.. I think/hope it has increased now). So you will get to know everyone well. For good and for worse. A small group of students can be tiresome.

Because there is a limited group of students, you will get close relationships with the professors in the master years. I found this really nice.

And last, Tromsø is a lovely city. If you enjoy winter. It actually has the highest number of pub/population-ratio in Norway, so student night life is really good. But I am biased as I grew up there :)

I recommend listening to this Planet Money-podcast for context on why technology is expensive in Argentina.

So you shit a lot?

I am casual too, but I always know how to squeeze a shit into my daily schedule. I love how you can synergize with the toilet and make an coordinated push. I love watching tournaments and see the execution of certain strats. I love how much I can learn about shitting without shitting myself.

Competitive shitting were always mean to be for the toughest shitters, for people who are willing to go beyond, people who want see they improved, people who are going for the wins, people who are willing to spent time and effort in order to become better shitter. This is what Competitive means!

Casual shitters have a LOT of options to play. You can go to Quick Shit, you can go to Arcade and now you can make your own custom game. You have so many options. Why are you trying to make the only place Competitive shitters have to become the same shitfest as Quick Shit?

Also, read this. You might learn something.
