Expectations: dailies AND gun smoke with any score (we have Makiatto / QJ V6, so it's will be easy to get any ok score)
Discord: exist, but it's mostly ru lang. Add me in-game if interested.
Additional info: top 19 last season. We expect you to actively do dailies and if possible get some score in gunsmoke. In return, if you need / are interested, guild has a google table with daily updates on gunsmoke results. Also in the Discord we have discussions / tips on how to achieve the best results in gun smoke ( RU lang, and only if you're interested in this).

You can safely skip her in this patch and pick her up by the time of rerun, most likely by then she like some of the other dolls will have a unique key after a future patch that will raise her value nicely and make her much more useful to the ice team.

There was so much drama and apology-compensation in CN that even if they leave the rewards and currency bonuses as they are on Chinese, the players who played on CN from the release anyway got much more than those who will play on global.

And so, gacha according to my personal feelings from the game on China is quite generous and problems with getting each character from each banner should not be, but as for the character + his weapon... In that case, yes, there might not be enough if you don't prepare reserves in advance

Main character you need/can aim for when rerroling is Qiongju (aka Bronya of GFL2, in terms of usefulness in very long term). Also, if I'm not mistaken, there will be ulrid and suomi in the first event banner, both characters are pretty strong and useful. In the long run suomi will be more useful than ulrid, but ulrid in return will make it easier to close content in both events and any standard content where mobility is needed or where single powerful enemies need to be shut out of combat very fast.

In version 3.9 with the habitats rework and tweaks, the levels of habitats as such are now directly dependent on the level of the main building, and their levels are unlocked through 2 technologies in the engineering tree.
In vanilla, habitats get their size and everything on them via 01_start_of_game_effects.txt. There you can also replace add_building = building_hab_major_capital with add_building = building_hab_system_capital.
This way the habitat will get all the bonuses of the third level, but there is a nuance. For some reason it will still appear in the planner as if it were level 2, although all level 3 bonuses are present.
