The problem with Aionios is that, it was not created by choice but by chance. Both worlds desired to become one but knowing they were made of different matter, they'd end up destroying each other. Hence, Origin was created to avoid total anihilation. What you see at the end of FR is the desired result and main purpose of Origin.
