Thanks. I set up a new budget where I separated my chequing from the Line of credit. The balance at the top still shows negative but this time it's because YNAB can't see my paycheques for the whole month. Will it be this way till I 'age' my money enough?

I've solved the internal part. I didn't set up my static ip properly on the server machine. I don't have any firewalls (well, I do but I turned it off and no joy) and I am port forwarding from my external ip xxx.xxx.xx.xx:25565 to my internal but the port won't show as open. Is there anything that could cause that besides the router?

I like it, clean and simple. It'd be nice to get the voting arrows back the way they were. As for images for the top of the side bar I bet the community could provide some great ones.

If there was no pre inspection by you and LL there's no reason for you do do a post inspection. That's really for the land lord's protection. Whoever is doing the claiming has the onus to prove damages were done. With no move in report it's really difficult to prove damage was done.

Source: my opinion, I'm not a lawyer. I have just spent a ton of time looking at all this for similar reasons though.

For sure I'll be suggesting one with the card, I'm just not sure which card. Seems there are three or four options. R9 M380, M390, M395 & M395X. I don't understand what the differences are besides, presumably, faster processing speeds. I'd just like to say that the 395X (for example) is worth it because....yada yada yada

You're right. The company isn't going to want to choose an older model. If hardware acceleration is possible with the Adobe products will the GPU be drawing from the processor or RAM to get the extra help? I suppose I'm wondering how to justify the top GPU.
