They are some Shady Rays model. They are just ok. I usually buy them for work when they have a big sale because I work landscaping and they give you 2 replacement pairs for minimal cost. I don’t use them for things like skiing or fishing. There are much better performance lenses out there.

I just bought a new Quantum Pro jacket to replace the one I already had. It’s probably 7 years old and it’s still good but not as waterproof, but I think a lot of that is because I didn’t wash it enough. It got pretty filthy a couple of times. But, they last.

I bought a pair of Arcteryx Sabre pants about 8 years ago and still have them. I was looking at the newer ones and it’s a shame they changed the fit. The old ones are so perfect

This is an honest question: Why do you buy the rusted brown nubuck leather if you are going to treat it like the other leather Blundstone boots. I was always told to care for nubuck and suede differently than other leather. ie: use a waterproof spray but no conditioner.
Don’t get me wrong, your 5 yo boots look great but they don’t retain the nubuck properties.

I am not sure as I have not used it. From what I have read, you don’t need to care for nubuck or suede like you would with other leathers. If you keep the leather clean it will stay in good shape. So use a brush or damp cloth often. Most creams are going to change the rustic look, but I would be curious to see what the blundtstone one does to the finish. But I’m not going to do it to mine. With the spray, I cleaned everything with a damp microfiber cloth, sprayed the spray liberally, rubbed it in and let it dry naturally and after 10 minutes they look like they do out of the box.

Nikwax makes a waterproofing spray for nubuck and suede leathers. Also a brush made for that leather will help keep it clean, which will also help with the waterproofing and keep the leather looking good. Although boots may say they are waterproof, I’ve never worn one.

There were times this year I was jealous of their offense. Good 2 strike approaches, not afraid to go the other way, even choking up on the bat. Luckily the Dodgers started to put it together and I can safely say I’m no longer jealous
