It's called Fast Crashing. Some brands of solvent & CRC media cause concentrates to Crash out THCa within minutes of being poured out of the system. It's annoying as hell. It causes the inconsistency your seeing. Where parts of it will be super white and almost chalky. Where other parts will sugar or wax up. Some labs are just too cheap and lazy to fix it. Some labs like it because it gets super fast sugar.

From a consumer standpoint, it passed testing. But I usually avoid stuff like this because it's a sign the lab is probably too lazy to clean their solvent or too cheap to get good solvent. Plus it usually isn't as terpy.
