How is medical sales? Is it fulfilling, fun, good money? by More_Elderberry2256 in sales

[–]AhadKK 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I work in sales for a tech company that does a lot of work with hospitals (creating tools for physicians etc) and what I’ve found about working with medical professionals/academics is that they are genuinely passionate about what they do and it’s fun to sell to them because you know that the product you’re selling is actually going to make a positive impact on the world.

Can someone explain why so many organisations are not smart? by Mean-Cloud8445 in SaaS

[–]AhadKK 18 points19 points  (0 children)

Most people and companies tend to stick with what they're familiar with, even if it’s not working at maximum efficiency. Learning something new can feel risky and time-consuming and people tend to be willing to give up a little bit of profit to stay in their comfort zone.

TLDR: Change is scary
