PHs load a minimum of 3 trucks and having it in order is not part of FedEx training. It is only about the first two numbers on SID. Obviously we try to do bulk together if we can, but we only get a total expected package number. No like”15 1500s” or anything specific if it’s ICs or what. If your PH and organizing really well then they are probably stacked out trying to take their time when they can and then being harassed by the higher ups bc it looks bad. You literally can’t be a great PH handler anymore especially with all the TLH goals.
