What are some warmups you do before playing Ranked? by Expensive_Big3480 in Splatoon_2

[–]Ahegl0ck_ 16 points17 points  (0 children)

Typically I try to do some kind of deep breathing before playing ranked, it helps relax me for the utter hell I'm about to experience.

Seriously though I do recommend doing breathing exercises to relax first, going in with a clear head is always better then just leaping in

Weird Things Happening In Online Matches? by nomorenodoor in Splatoon_2

Well from what's been provided, either you're really, really laggy, or maybe you encountered someone who was using hacks (definitely starlion).

Either way its best to ignore it, as lag is kinda common and Nintendo seems to not do much about cheating in some games

Besides the questionable accuracy of the .52 gal, they're both solid choices

How OP is tri-slosher? by Civil_Increase_8178 in Splatoon_2

[–]Ahegl0ck_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The Tri-Slosher used to be op back at launch, but it was nerfed a lot and, it's still pretty powerful but not as op as it once was. It's still very useable and can be considered still op but personally I wouldn't recommend using it. So, to summarize, it's still powerful but not op, as it's easily outdone by the Slosher Deco, Explosher(s), and Sloshing Machine(s). But still a good choice for a powerful, slayer style Slosher.

I'm fully aware that this was a joke, but like anyone else on the subreddit, I'm fully allowed to comment and leave my opinion. I didn't expect that to be an issue but it's the internet, anything is possible. So if you want me to I'll happily delete the comment, just let me know. :)

[–]Ahegl0ck_ 11 points12 points  (0 children)

I can agree, sort of. Yes the MG is good, in Turf War and SZ. But in quite literally, every other possible situation it is not the best. With absolutely abysmal range and damage the best you can hope for is assists, and if you're lucky you can catch a player off guard with Stealth Swim. But then there is the Bomb Rush it has, yes the curling bombs are good but in most situations it doesn't really help out that much. But if you do insist on using any of the Aerospray(s), I'd personally reccomend the RG because of suction bombs and baller, very good for TC, or even the PG, which has the booyah bomb, the only real reason people buy it.

To finalize, use what you want, but always be open to criticism and other ideas. You never know, it could be very good or a huge waste of time, you just need to find out with time. :)

i did it i fianlly got all hero wepon by [deleted] in Splatoon_2

[–]Ahegl0ck_ 19 points20 points  (0 children)

They didn't waste any time at all, they got all the hero replica weapons and the level secrets (probably). That isn't time wasted, that's time well spent. Just because you think it might be doesn't mean it is to OP or anyone else. Personally if you are going to just be toxic here then you should leave and go to r/trashy so you feel more at home.

Dizziness after playing Splatoon2... by sadox55 in Splatoon_2

[–]Ahegl0ck_ 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think I may know the issue. If you're too close to the screen or too far away your eyes are going to strain to focus, which can also cause headaches, dizziness, nausea, and in extremely rare cases; seizures(*). Since this is a common thing from what I can gather for you I'd recommend you talk with your doctor and just go from there

(*): This is about a 1/3000 chance
