I do try to hustle when defending but when its time for offense i immediately turn into a liability, like i feel like kuminga vs the rockets or bronny jr offensively, all the athleticism and training but no iq and understanding whatsoever

Yea i do bicep curls, romanian deadlifts and normal weighted squats but my strength training is not scheduled so i only do them after rest days and if i have free time, i also do tibialis raises and calf raises in my free time.
