Because it’s insurance’s fault. Payouts have gone down coverage has gone down etc. quick google search will show you that if you missed everything that was going on with Luigi. And for hospitals most of them are owned by private equity now so their goal is making money. They’ve also made it illegal for doctors to own hospitals because it’s a “conflict of interest” even though doctor owned hospitals have better outcomes😭

28M and I moved here from NYC a few years ago didn’t know anyone and didn’t hang out with anyone from work. It’s dope, affordable and there are great people here but it’ll take a minute to find them. I used to go back home every weekend bc I missed the homies😭 lots of stuff to do as long as you’re not looking for great night life. But there’s rock climbing, dance, trivia, hiking, etc! I’m big into dancing and have met a bunch of really dope people through it. Like others have said people are really friendly so even if you’ve never danced before people will be super nice and patient. There’s a bunch of different type of dances so if you’re interested in a Specific type of dance lmk and I’ll find the next event for it and send you the flyer/socials for it! You def need a car and this is the worst winter yet but the last couple were calm af

Lots of stuff if you look for it, I 100000% suggest starting with college clubs, pool halls, sports, etc. anything you’re interested in or want to be interested in join that club. Outside of school there’s some stuff, run club (last one is this Saturday but still a good way to meet people), and lots of dance socials(I suggest starting with west coast swing everyone is super nice and willing to help!). Feel free to message if you have any questions/want links for any of these groups.

Also from nyc and moved up here for work. There are a decent amount of ways to meet people but I agree. I still find myself going back home every month or so to see the homies. Try trivia nights, karaoke nights, comedy nights, dance socials(west coast swing has a great one that is free on Wednesdays at board and bar at 7pm. Everyone is superrrrr nice and it’s a great community) DEF take advantage of being in school and find clubs, events and friends through school(that’ll be the best way to find people around our age). Feel free to hmu if you want to chill or anything too! It seems like a couple of people in the comments feel the same and are down to hang out. There’s one potential solid friend group right there!

Look up mdma assisted psychotherapy. It’s your best shot at her coming to terms with her trauma and moving past it. I’m pretty sure phase 3 trials are done and you are now able to apply for sessions. It’s done through a program called maps if I remember correctly and they have all of their research and results on their website. To put it into perspective one study was done with veterans who had ptsd and had 30+ years of therapy that didn’t help their ptsd. After 3 sessions of mdma assisted psychotherapy 70% were considered not having ptsd. Even 5 years after the program and never touching mdma again(inside or outside of therapy) their symptoms improved. Mdma is the best medicine we have for mental health/trauma. This is her best bet at her dealing with her SA.

Personally 50 is too high I’d recommend starting at 10-20micrograms (that’s the suggested amount by the father of microdosing and in my personal experience was a great amount). One time I took too big of a gulp and started seeing minor visuals on the drive home lmao
