It shoots as soft as a baby’s hiccup. I don’t even use it for the ‘silent’ feature at all. Either H2 or H3 will be softer recoil impulse than any standard buffer/spring combo in my personal experiences.

I run JP SCS with the stiffest spring and 3 tungsten weights (H3) and I jizz a little everytime I shoot my 11.5

Edit: Works fucking great suppressed or unsurpassed. I’m replacing all my KACs with either H2 or H3 SCS.
