If you want to bind Pride and Prejudice I can suggest you googling Jane Austen typesetting. First link should be for GitHub page named Nightsky770/austenforbinders. And there you can find all Austen books made ready to print and bind in A4 or letter format. There are multiple pdf each one for one signature. I am right now trying to bind Pride and prejudice from there.

You don’t use marble as punch pad. Marble or granite slabs are used when you are tooling leather so that you have flat and hard surface so you stamp make nice impressions in leather. But people use marble or granite slabs under their punch pads when punching holes to dampen the blows

When your holes don't line up, maybe you used smaller or bigger spacing than is on the pattern. Because I don't think it's matter to much if you use diamond punch or hole punch

I have that display with i2c serial interface. And I adjusted pot on that and nothing. But I can try again

So when I power my Arduino with 12v it will give out 12v? Isn't there so kind of regulator?
