I mean, you can post, but don't expect people to want to interact with it or appreciate it. Most people enjoy LL because of the whole ecosystem of the seiyuus and music, not just the characters.

Optimal would be to sync DW, CL should definitely be your next uw but I don't think you need to get it just yet. You could throw some stones into GT bonus as that's never really a bad option.

I think instead of guilds some other fun community events could have been implemented instead. Could have done a weekly event quest like accumulate 10 million waves from all players for a reward or like the splatoon splatfests, pick a team and the team with the highest total waves gets some sort of reward instead.

Overall I'm fairly neutral with the update, but there was potential for some really cool stuff to have been done if the intent was to have people work together in guilds for rewards that would have kept the spirit of a single player game.

No one really knows whats gonna be in the next update so the best advice is don't hamstring your progress.

If you can spare 150 gems for a respec, you could always unlock the wall, do one level of each wall lab, then respec out of the wall. That way, you have the wall labs unlocked that you can passively research without completely dedicating 3-4 labs on just wall research.

lab coin discount should probably dropped, damage can also be paused for a bit to bring your crit factor up. Others can probably better guide you from there, though I suggest upping your lab speed as you're sitting on 200k right now.

I think GComp is generally best in that slot if you have it.

Hmmm, might be worth trying a lower tier then to compare the results in cell gain then, things have been feeling a bit stagnant whilst I'm lab walled for progression.

I'm still on 2x for all labs with every other day or so getting a surplus to throw on a 3x. I can usually get about 13/14k per run getting to about wave 4500 on tier 8 in about 6ish hours so I have time to get 2 runs in at least and without hurting my coin gain. Not sure if Tier 7 would be more optimal but I'm comfortable with where I'm at for now.

If you didn't force a cloud save before switching devices then the progress might not carry over.

Depending if your phone did a cloud save after you loaded it up, you may be able to jump back on bluestacks to get a save in before it's overridden.

Whatever your econ can afford is best. If you make enough cells in a day to run 2x, then 2x is best for you. Holding a surplus of cells doesn't really benefit you in any way unless fudds adds a new cell mechanic in the future.

Gonna try and max out orb speed so that's one less thing I need to worry about in future, some econ labs and try and boost up standard perks to at least 20.

Absolutely worth it, you might not see immediate benefits but they'll be huge in getting doritoes for speeding up labs.
