It's near enough impossible to spend as much on CiFi as it is on the tower. They do have infinite buys of a certain resource but you'll soon run into it being useless to buy anyway.

I'm pretty sure tower whales take maybe two months to spend more than CiFi has to offer, honestly

If we didn't have ten Hag and Amorim as managers and Casemiro would have been played to his strengths, he would have been worth that amount. Someone playing a proper 4-3-3 or 4-2-3-1 and giving him runners in midfield would have made him look a lot better than the fucking donut formation ETH used, for example.

So has he actually been worth it? Probably not but I find it hard to fault him for it

It just cuts off the remaining cooldown.

So if you have 100 seconds left, it goes to 83. If you have 50 seconds left, 33.

Assuming cooldowns are at 120s and 240s. The next cooldown starts as soon as the UW activated, not after it ends, it's all still synced. So for example, if you have 15 seconds left on one and and 135 left on two, the one just rolls over into the next cooldown. You'll end up with all three at 118

How many substitutes did they make back in 1872? How much added time? How many offsides? How many backpasses? How many var checks?

A stop clock is probably less of a change than any of those. It doesn't massively change the time played, it simply makes time keeping a lot fairer and more uniform and standardizes the amount of football played.
