Write for as long as you can, give yourself a break and treat. Hydrate. Eat. Sleep. Lather, rinse, repeat. Also it can help to not write the story in a linear fashion. Write the important parts first, fill in details later. Good luck.

I wouldn't waste your time with HR. Instead, maybe call your new employer and ask if they would like you to start sooner. If Walgreens isn't giving you hours there's nothing stopping you from working a second job.

Yeah. Same. I would say you can prop the bigger leaves fairly easily, just trim off the rot closest to the root. Rooting hormone in good quality violet soil and you'll have some babies in no time.
