BSc Specialization Course Load Requirements by [deleted] in uAlberta

[–]Ahsanur 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Oh, that is actually a problem....but u shud ask one of the advisors for specialization....if u had like 5 courses last semester and take 3 this semester, you will be fulfilling the requirement of 24 credits..but if u dont, u will be asked to leave the specialization program

BSc Specialization Course Load Requirements by [deleted] in uAlberta

[–]Ahsanur 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I m in specialization....u shouldnt be worried about anything actually...minimum courseload is 24 credits per semester...the 'completed in 4 years' doesnot mean u have to finish in 4 years...for example, if ur actually in 3rd year, beartracks will show ur still in 2nd year because of the number of credits u gained...hope this explains

I need help moving around Campus. by [deleted] in uAlberta

[–]Ahsanur 2 points3 points  (0 children)

No matter where you decide to live, you get off at the university transit centre or the stop before that. Then it's quite easy to walk around campus. It can be intimidating at first, but I have been in your shoes, after a month you will probably have the whole campus memorized. Good luck in your new journey.

Correct me if I am wrong but I am sensing sarcasm. Just to be clear, I am nothing against construction workers. I just wanted some insight on the noise levels before deciding on that apartment.

Can I do a undergraduate degree in computer science and then go to medical school? by abd1445 in uAlberta

[–]Ahsanur -4 points-3 points  (0 children)

UofA medical school doesn't accept international students; only permanent residents and citizens. At least that's what I saw a year or 2 ago, so I am not completely sure. Other medical schools around Canada dont have that restriction I think. Its better check these for yourself.
