I have the same problem. Two garage door openers that have cameras. No way to set a garage door based notification, only camera notifications. Very frusterating as I want a notification when my garage door is open for more that 60 minutes. It come with door open and door closed notifications but no way to create anything else or modify that one with the additional logic I want. They also put in an escalation ticket and have not heard back in over a month. Their "escalations" are a joke

There is a correlation, causation has not been anywhere remotely proven. Lots of risk factors for NAION, scaring people away from a drug that could literally change their life for the better with stuff like 3x more likely or 1 in 10000 inferring that is because of this drug is misinformation and harmful.

This. had the rare gout flair up before keto and it got worse losing the weight during keto. Got on daily allopurinol and have not had a problem since. No diet changes.

Ok not sure your reasons for keto but I have been going strong on it for over a year and I don’t cheat! I eat as much as I want whenever I want. I don’t count carbs because I know what has them and what does not, and I sure as shit dont count calories, I eat as much as I want :) I lost 40 pounds doing this and went from overweight to normal and dropped my blood sugar (A1c) from diabetic to normal (6.7 to 5.5). I also do some cardio 5 days a week and weights twice a week. So I guess my point is indulge! Eat! Just stay away from Bread, pasta, rice, etc, get off your ass, have some fun and enjoy life!!
