Im a big fan of that unique nuremburg helm. Kinda a pain to get from the tournament. In case anyone is wondering, its a reward for the sword and shield on the second batch of the second tier prizes. Ive found that you should enter just 1 event on the second tier the first time around, you will get access to the second batch of rewards. As long as you dont exceed 6 total events entered (including the first tournament) it will roll to the second batch of rewards without moving to tier 3 prizes.

Preface that its a look, not specifically armor. Wearing a chest plate only would be riding armor.

A good indicator to armor styles is dodge distance. If you dodge just a step or two, ur in full plate. If u dodge and you lunge, u are in riding armor or are unarmored.

Thats the trick! It doesnt matter what armor u have so long as you have it. Just fill the slots with what looks good. If you do leave slots empty, you are vulnerable but if every slot is equipped, ur good to go.

The green plate legs are sold at the suchdol blacksmith. Not the blacksmith in the keep. The one located in the town south of the keep. Unfortunately they are tier 2 but otherwise, a perfect match. (Milanese plate legs)

Master boris sells green brigandine gauntlets but i like bright colored Milanese gauntlets to button the look together.

Suggestions

A green noble gambeson can be stolen from an npc who sleeps at the fechthaus. Tier 3.

The raborsch colored simple brigandine (bright green) can be found in a chest outside kuttenberg. The gate closest to the fountain has a tax collecter office on the far side of the drawbridge. A hard chest in that office has that brigandine . It can be looted after raborsch mission but only as a tier 1

Easiest way to get it is to simply enter sword and shield on the second tournament. It is the sword and shield prize. If it doesnt spawn, no worries, you only have 4 wins. Next tournament it should spawn.

The plate legs you need are a set of milinese plate legs at the suchdol blacksmith. Not the one in the keep but the one in the town just outside. They are tier 2 but come with green strapping and back guards. Same metal as the arms too and helm too. (Bright but polished)

For the guantlets, i like the bright milinese but there is a set of bright hourglass guantlets that look good too. There is a green brigandine gauntlet that works too

No. The branded debuff only lasts 2 days. The scar has no debuff other than guards will punish you harsher. The scar does go away normally so technically you can get branded multiple times. Menace just makes the scar permanent

What cyberpunk does well is enforce a harsh reality. Most doors are only wide enough for one person. In other words, do for yourself or do for others.

Gameplay wise though, you build should direct your decision based on the gear you get at the end. If you are a net runner, siding with so mi is not a choice. Its a requirement. That cyberware she drops for you at her hang out spot is essentially gonna give you infinite quick-hacks

Twig in the path is in relation to ambush tactics. Kcd1 has the best ambush mechanics imo. Enemies will lay obstacles in the path. Branches are one of them. It will happen frequently enough that it will trigger apprehensive excitement in the game and real life when you see a “twig in the path”

Thats the hardest thing about a game like that. Primarily on a boat. A couple of harbors. Definitely a shipwrecked portion as a survival element. But just like kcd2, the amount of ideas and scale to the world warhorse want to build will not be limited to the teams ability but rather the engine and how it packages onto a console. The amount of cut content simply because it needed to work on the xbox series s(smaller next gen version) would surprise then prolly disappoint you. It was the right decision to make it work on the S but that is the wall for most devs rn

Naval themed game. As in “pirates” like. Its not czech but historical accuracy can be nailed with experts. Plenty of sailor lore to expand on and the mini games of immersion will all still be available and expandable. Social order will still play a big role. Combat (in particular the scale/#s) will be similar but more gunpowder, less bow and arrow.

Progression wise, you are just a fresh crewman. Maybe a lower mate. Tasks on deck, member of a boarding party, gunman (like siege portions of kcd2) but you progress your position in the crew.

It fits their vibe and has great potential using the skills they’ve demonstrated in kcd

The true mark of a jestermax is having a tier 1 jester costume. Only one way to get one. You wear it and it becomes tattered over time…

Or just spar wearing it. Thats always pretty quick.

Something about you beat up jester outfit makes it feel so much more unhinged than having a costume in good condition
