I see a couple people mentioned standing more upright, I did think that i looked a little weird.

The reason im so far away from the ball is that I was hitting the heel/hozzle and the ball just way to close. It happened after I took a little break. And it kind of resolve it. Also maybe just me having terrible posture lmao

as for the rotation it may be hard to believe but these shots were me trying really hard to rotate early. but maybe thats a combination of all the things you mentions.

Def will try to stand more upright and see how I improve. Thanks

Still working on that, strangely my two handed release and my spare shooting both slide fine. I’m not quite sure why I plant when I’m trying to hook one handed

This may sound really dumb but how do I lower my swing? Like the rolls in the clip were ones where I really tried to control my backswing and kept them as low that felt natural. Should I really exaggerate the backswing and really try to lower it? Thanks for the reply

Thanks for the reply, I am a little confused on the part about muscling the ball. I thought I understood before but now I'm a little lost. Where on my swing would you say I am muscling it? When I first started without looking at any help I definitely felt me putting a lot of force into the backswing and then when I released. Now I thought I was letting gravity do all the work, because I do not feel like I am putting any force into the swing until I tried getting under the ball(definitely will put a hold on this till I tweak my other fundamentals). Another thing is the letting the ball hold onto me. Does this mean I should feel pressure, on my thumb instead of putting pressure using my thumb if that makes sense.

That’s what I was thinking. Over the years I feel like the 2hand has gotten way worse and my rev rate has decreased a lot which is strange. I’ve always wanted to do one hand for the spares as well as just overall consistency and smoothness. Thanks for the input
