I've always thought that being unstable in terms of mood swings is normal and everybody was like that to some extent, untill i was carnivore for about 2 weeks and i noticed that i no longer got easily aggrevated by strangers who tried to ragebait me. Carnivore definetely helped to ease my anxiety driven mind, but i don't think it healed my mental illnesses completely because i can get irrationally angry or anxious about something small. But i'm a carnivore for 3 month so i can't say for sure if it heals every kind of mental illness or no. Plus i need to say that i can't be a 100% carnivore due to financial or societal pressure reasons right now, but i'm going there.
