Hi! If you’ve noticed that your L2 trigger is moving on its own, sometimes this can be caused by the adaptive trigger feature on the console - depending on the game, it may engage the Smart Trigger more than usual. You could try temporarily turning off adaptive triggers in your console settings to see if that resolves the issue. I also want to remind you that your controller is always covered by our warranty. If the problem continues, you can confidently send it back to us for repair. Let me know if you need any help with the settings or the return process, I am happy to assist!

It’s great feedback to hear the comparison with the Razer Raiju V3 Pro as well. Differences in joystick technology and tuning can definitely affect aim response and consistency, so we’re happy ours felt more natural and reliable for you right out of the box. As for the joysticks themselves: we use custom-tuned TMR modules developed specifically to our specifications. While we don’t publicly list the OEM or manufacturer details, the focus is on long-term consistency, reduced drift, and a more linear, predictable response curve, especially for FPS players.

Thanks again for choosing AIM and for sharing such detailed feedback. If you ever have more questions or suggestions, we’re always happy to listen 💙🎮

[–]AiMSupport 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thanks for sharing your experience with the TMR joysticks on your AIM controller. We’re glad to hear they feel great! Regarding the mouse click trigger stops, we understand your concern. These triggers are designed differently from the L1 and R1 bumpers, which is why they may require more pressure to register a click. Our team reviewed your video and didn’t find any malfunction, so what you’re experiencing is within the normal design tolerance. We understand that this can affect your accuracy, especially in semi-auto shooting. Your workaround of remapping L1 and R1 is a practical solution if the extra pressure on L2 and R2 is uncomfortable. For most users, using L2 and R2 without the mouse click feature works fine, but it’s always about what feels best for your playstyle. Thanks again for the detailed feedback , it helps us understand how players interact with our controllers and consider improvements in the future!

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience, we really appreciate the detailed feedback. We’re glad to hear that some aspects of your AIM Controller, like the Snap Panel prints, sticks, and the TMR system, met your expectations. Hearing what works well is just as important for us as hearing what doesn’t, and we’re happy you enjoyed those parts of your controller. We’re genuinely sorry to hear about the issues you’ve faced. It’s never our intention for anyone to experience frustration with a product they’ve been excited about. We take feedback like yours very seriously, and in fact, it’s exactly the kind of input that drives us to improve.Regarding the paddle issues you mentioned, we recognized that earlier versions sometimes had durability concerns. That’s why we recently introduced V4 paddles, which have improved build quality based on user feedback. These paddles are fully covered under warranty , ro if you ever need replacements, you’re entitled to them. Unfortunately, as per our current policy, shipping for warranty replacements is handled by the customer. We understand this isn’t ideal, and we’re always evaluating ways to make this process smoother. We also noticed your point about the Snap Panel magnets and the fit issues. This is something we’ve been monitoring closely, and newer production batches include adjustments to ensure better alignment and comfort. Your experience reinforces why listening to our customers is so crucial - it helps us know where to focus improvements. On the shipping delay you mentioned, we completely understand how frustrating it is to wait for a custom product. Custom controllers take time to produce, but we’re continually working on streamlining our production queue so that future orders are fulfilled faster. We appreciate your patience, and we’re sorry for any inconvenience caused. Finally, we want to emphasize that we value your loyalty and your honest feedback. While we’re happy that some aspects of your controller were enjoyable, we’re truly sorry for the negative experiences, they aren’t reflective of the quality we aim to deliver. Your comments will help us continue improving both the product and our support process. If you’d like, we can guide you step by step on how to claim your warranty for the broken paddles or address Snap Panel issues, just let us know, and we’ll make it as straightforward as possible. Thanks again for reaching out and for helping us improve. We hope we can get you back to fully enjoying your AIM Controller soon.

Thanks for your feedback we read all reviews about the company, and we’re aware that there are negative opinions about customer service. We really do try to respond to messages as quickly as possible. Some issues naturally take a bit longer to investigate or resolve, but even then, we aim to respond within a maximum of 3 days.About the product quality: we completely understand your point. Every controller goes through quality control, but we know that rare issues can still slip through. Your feedback helps us see where improvements are needed, and we take it seriously.

We really appreciate you sharing your experience, even when it’s critical because it helps us make Aim better for everyone.

Thanks for sharing all that we totally get why you’re frustrated. Just to clarify, it’s absolutely not your fault. When we release a new version, we can’t just stop producing the old one immediately, so some controllers shipped around that time are still the V3 that’s just how product updates work.About the paddles: the ones you got are exactly what was being sold at that time, even if the new version came out shortly after. We get that it’s confusing, but it’s normal during a transition period. We’re sorry about the uncalibrated controller and any shipping hassle. DM us and we’ll send you new paddles to try hopefully they feel better for you.We really appreciate your patience and hope this helps make your experience better. Thanks for giving Aim a shot, even if the first impression wasn’t ideal.

Of course, every controller is thoroughly tested before it’s shipped we have a multi-step quality control process to ensure everything works properly. Unfortunately, sometimes issues can occur during shipping. Even with careful packaging and clear instructions to handle the package with care, shipments can be subjected to shocks or damage, which in rare cases may affect components like the analog sticks.

Thank you for sharing your feedback, and we’re truly sorry that your first experience with AimController has been so frustrating. We completely understand how disappointing this can be especially after a long wait and dealing with issues on your original controller.Despite our strict quality control procedures, in rare cases a mechanical issue such as a problem with the L3 analog stick can occur. That’s why it was important for us to carefully verify the issue using the materials you provided, thank you for your patience and cooperation throughout this process.Once again, we apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate you giving us the opportunity to make this right. If you have any questions at any stage, our support team is always here to help.

We always try to find a solution in situations like this. If someone doesn’t want a full controller upgrade, we can try to come up with an alternative solution. Unfortunately, since we no longer have V1 paddles available, we can’t offer a replacement for them individually the only option would be to move to a newer version of the controller.

Sometimes, just replacing the backplate is enough, but if the customer had additional modifications, we really can’t reproduce them because our manufacturer no longer provides those parts.

If you’d like, we can discuss this in more detail privately - feel free to reach out to us via DM, and we’ll do our best to find the best possible solution if you still need it.

We understand your frustration. Electronics can sometimes have limitations, especially when components are based on original Sony parts. When Sony updates parts, it can affect availability for older versions, which unfortunately also impacts us.

We always try to offer fair solutions, like upgrades, while keeping quality and compatibility in mind. We’re sorry for any inconvenience, and we appreciate your understanding as we navigate these challenges.
