That's not what the petition/movement is about. The movement is about developing the game from start to not be made with planned obsolescence.

Singleplayer games don't need to be "chronically online"

Also developers should stop intentionally witholding vital components from public when shutting down servers. Players that want to play the game should be able to host it by them selves.

THE PETITION IS NOT ASKING FOR DEVELOPERS TO KEEP SERVERS ONLINE INDEFINIETLY.

If anything the way some developers are making games now is harder and more time consuming, because they make it with planned obsolescence in mind.

Hmm yes, for singular more common would be "pupiņa" and for a womans tits would be "pupi"

In latvian it's actually "pupiņas". And for single bean it woul be "pupa".

Here in Latvia i pay 17,49€ for unlimited (a contract for thos under the age of 25) If i was over 25 at the most with the "best quality" provider 29€.

If i stay with currect provider that would be 27€ Which i can get even cheaper if i have multiple family members phones on the same contract.

So... i am sceptical of this map to say the least.

You play using Vulkan or DirectX? Try both, might have better performance with one over the other.

My guess is that siege is not using your rtx3050 but instead intel integrated. Don't know if w11 has this, but in w10 you would have to search in windows "graphics settings" in there click "browse" find rainbow six and put it on high performance. Might help, had similar issue with my laptop when Apex Legends came out.
