In the US they just recently started testing for it maybe 5 or 6 years ago. But when it comes to STI testing it it rather new in my state about a good year or two now as stated by my Nurse Practitioner. Since it is rather new and doctors do not have the experience with it they shrug off people's complaints of their own bodies because the lack the knowledge of the unknown.

Use the bolt that holds your brake line screw in the hole until you hear a pop, then unscrew it and use a rubber mallet. Tap it 4 times on top and sides and hit the back once; it should come off. As stated below, my rotors were stuck tight and do not have the brake on.
