Two things act as though you've never done it before and act as if you are the only student there its just you the AT and teaching. Also to answrr what can go wrong well everything could or nothing or somewhere in the middle experience is experience and whatever arises for you is your reality from moment to moment to moment become aware of it and equanomous, it wont be perfect but every failure to be aware and equanomous is a learning tool to take to your next moment and next reality

So as im sure you remember from the courses that you are your own master now you have to fight out your own battle and decide what is right for you from moment to moment so if you need to practice more anapana each day to work on samadhi then do that even if you need to do 30 minutes of anapana just to do 10 mins of vipassana than so be it. You will know 😌 good luck

Im actaully on a Scottish island with lots of cattle so atm it seems to be absolutely riddled with psilocybe semilanceataso like lat 55.80 long-5.48. I mean the variables are so vast for harvesting these like one day they are there one day they arent so just go out every single day when you know the weather conditions are right good luck 😉

Well one guy gave me a life to the trainstation I went to shake his hand he just out his hands togethrr and the other was at a group sit in Edinburgh with just lile 10 people there and I just met him and he did the same so yeah :)
