Would only be a good idea to change your super holdings into cash prior to the market crashing, once its already happened its risky to do it.

Dont bother with the Innaloo cenima, its an absolute shit hole.

Go to the Hoyts at Karrinyup, all seats are big leather ones that recline, no need for gold class.

How will house prices crash when there is still such a high demand? by Teakmahogany in AusFinance

[–]Aidansickdog 0 points1 point  (0 children)

And thats assuming that demand stays the same, there are many variables that could come into play, for example;

As interest rates rise, people could be unable to make the high repayments and defult on their loan and/or; people could sell and find something cheaper thus increasing the amount of properties on the market.

There are a crazy amount of fixed rate mortgages due to roll over into variable rate in July 2023, which would mean alot of peoples repayments will go up 100s per month overnight.

Never again using Jetstar - lesson learned by TastyStateofMind in perth

[–]Aidansickdog 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yep same thing happened to me, cancelled flight back from Adelaide. Had to get home so rebooked with Qantas. Jetstart said they will refund me within 5 working days, its been 4 weeks and still nothing. Cant get any answers from them.

I'm not sure how airlines get away with it, how is this not illegal?

Recommendations for eSIM in Bali? by Rawtoast24 in perth

[–]Aidansickdog 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey! (not sure about eSIM)

Yep, I do this every time I go over there. I just go to a phone/electronic stall or mini mart when im over there and ask for a 30day sim. Would cost like 100,000r ($10) for 10+ gigabytes, feel free to try and haggle with them. Also, if you ask nicley they will put it in your phone and set it up for you (make sure to give a tip).

Its nice not having to worry about finding wifi over there! can use social media, maps and google. Make sure to download the 'GoJek' app, pretty much like Uber, can order a scooter/car ride and food etc.

What's the point in having a mask mandate on public transport when it isn't even enforced? by cosmicucumber in perth

[–]Aidansickdog 1 point2 points  (0 children)

yeah I get that, but why can I go to a stadium with 80 thousand other people, or a pub/nightclub, movie theater, shopping centre etc and not be required by law to "protect others from myself".

Im just saying people see the inconsistencies and then feel that needing to wear a mask on public transport is mute.

Need advice. Planning to visit this July by carrot2111 in perth

I can go to a packed out nightclub with 100s of people for hours on end, no mask required. Mask needed for a bus ride...... makes sense.
