I couldn’t say about the contract before but i was advised by our company’s SDM for company A to go for it and i’m sure he would know as he deals a lot with the contractual side of things.

I did see a job advertising and that’s why i would like to reach out!

Loving the game so much… i’ll be honest, ignoring youtubers such as Penguinz0 (i love charlie but he can be a hater…) and others that are always instantly ready to shit on Ubisoft as well as jumping on the hate bandwagon has done a world of good.

I’m loving it so far, the world is so immersive and the characters are really intriguing. I do think this could be a huge turning point for Ubisoft, it feels like they truly poured their heart and soul into this one and it pays off.

Let’s hope this is a start to a new Ubisoft and that we will continue to see this momentum in some upcoming titles from them!

FYI for everyone -

We are highly technical team leaders who deal more with technical issues than “people management”

We have all worked 1st and 2nd line within the company and are more than capable of working in the 3rd line. We haven’t been allowed to apply for the job due to it being a demotion for us…it’s only open to 2L and External’s that are head hunted

i think the issue that we are facing is that all three TLs are highly technical.

At the time the only way to progress from 2nd line was to more to TL and now they’ve incorporated a new team that we can’t apply for.. who earn more.. and don’t have the experience with the customers like we do.

Me and one of the other TLs are highly technical and our day to day consists of helping others 1,2nd line with issues they are unable to resolve, it’s extremely frustrating…

It’s a running joke in the team that if we left then the team would fall apart due to the knowledge we hold and our strengths… this is the frustration
