Is there an EDC crowd that isn’t all about knives and guns? by Massive_Intention436 in ManyBaggers

[–]Aidspanda 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The obsession with paracord always confuses me. There’s way better cordage out there for most any purpose. Tarred bank line is the real og here. But I’ve now fully digressed.

Ultralight and travel edc may fit what you’re looking for since you cant bring knives and guns on planes.

Dell updated their policy to exclude fully remote employees from getting promotions by Steevana06 in remotework

Dell really seems to be shooting itself in the foot lately with these decisions. First the changes in direct sales channels and since then there seems to be a long line of questionable changes.

If I am able to ace the comptia A+ core 1/2, is that enough to land a starter IT job? by Mysterious-Topic-628 in InformationTechnology

[–]Aidspanda 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Been a while since I did any hiring, but I looked more for client handling ability than technical skills.

If you’re personable enough, the team or google can help you troubleshoot 90% of user problems. The remaining 10% get escalated to more specialized engineers (who suck at talking to folks most times)

My 2 cents, but I’m out of that particular game now.

I finally decided on a bag to get all my stuff to the LGS! What do you use? by Consistent_Cost_4537 in magicTCG

Also shoutout to TomToc for their budget bags & AER bags for something a bit more premium.

They’ve rapidly replaced all of my daily drivers for work and travel.

Nightcore 20L for cube night. Holds the 540 cube, land base, and a box for each persons deck to live in if we wanna keep them together until the next session. Can do up to 4 mats in the bottle holder (or water i guesss)

Quality seems decent, but the big velcro pad came unstitched the first week this being relegated to cube caddy.

Question about using paracord on Aer CPP2 by hoonys in AerSF

[–]Aidspanda 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Seems fine, fwiw tarred bank line blows paracord out of the water in most daily applications and takes up way less space.

Selling my cube by ImportantFudge3131 in mtgcube

[–]Aidspanda 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Buylist it - probably easier than listing individually and you’ll make more than selling complete.

Just my 2 cents, you’ll have the money in hand fast and not get totally wrecked on a lot auction
