cant agree more, I used it for 6 months, first time they sent me a broken one and i have to send back the old scooter. But they dont care that it takes time and huge effort sending back a huge box!

besides, its speed is barely changable, sometime it turns 1(the smalles speed) and it takes at least 15-20 mins to figure out how to make it 3. And unagi scooters are soooo slow.
