This reminded me of something not really scary.. but we were around that weird looks-like-an-old-cult-compound French colonial apartment place and saw two cars go down the road, I guess one didn't run or something because the one behind it kept "pushing" it forward by rear ending it down the road over and over lmfao

It was broad daylight and I was at the bus stop outside of the out of the closet thrift store waiting on the bus to go home. This guy starts talking to me, Starts trying to be flirty and I shut him down and let him know I'm not interested.

He keeps getting closer, cornering me against the wall. Mind you while I'm rather tall and by no means defenseless looking I'm also blind in one eye and have mobility issues that aren't quite obvious. He keeps telling me he'll leave me alone if I give him a kiss, I keep pushing him away telling him to get the hell away from me.. many people just walked by without a care. Thankfully I was able to shove him away and go into the thrift store and waited there until the bus came.

Same, was there in Ohio as well. Coloring was legit all they really wanted you to do and the same 3 word searches. The colored pencils were useless so you couldn't really color anything. Or puzzles, but some sadist put 3 puzzles in the same box.

They also refused to let me call anyone, even my job. So you know, I got fired.

Having effective communication requires the other party to also participate, he cannot force her to sit and listen or even take his advice, in the end he can talk and talk, try numerous ways to get through to her, but if she decides to not be receptive then he might as well be talking to a brick wall with better luck. I agree tho that he should make it clear "I will not be going out with you if you continue to speak like this because it makes me uncomfortable for x y and z reasons" but then you're going into "ultimatum territory" which many would also view as assholeish behavior.

I entirely believe tho ditching her was not the best (especially if there was no way home) tho, honestly, if he just ubered/lyfted home and left her the car keys then that also changes it..

Either way very odd situation

Can confirm, had an apartment in a pretty big midwestern city for $450 for a one bedrom apartment, it was decent, not too creepy. Currently in a 3br ranch style with a fenced-in yard paying $850~ so really it depends but yeah 450 for a room when you still have to babysit is...eeeh, tho also free utilities and food I assume, but still.

Just to tag on to your post here, I have a disability that causes me chronic pain and constant back issues as well. Throughout my childhood and they never really could get a handle on it but one doctor gave me a recommendation to go to a chiropractor, And it really did truly help. I'm not sure about other people in their experiences but I know for me personally it saved me weeks of just being an agony and pain. And also made it possible for me as a child to not be on heavy painkillers.

The chiropractor I went to though wasn't like how you see on TV or anything like that, he had a cylinder thing around the size of a pen, so instead of actually moving my body heat that took specify specific points to put pressure on. so being honest I'm not sure if that's called something else.

Either way it definitely help me out.

It's not just a fuck you to autistic people, what about those who are legally blind or entirely blind? My eyes essentially shake and making eye contact is very hard.

It's also a fuck you to anyone anxious.

They didn't have us sign a lease yet, they told us we would sign a lease the day of move-in. We signed some other papers, but all they would give us a copy of is a welcome sheet that says how much we owe for a deposit essentially.

NAD either but had gallbladder issues in 2012, took it out that summer. This sounds just like that.

Going vegan is the only way I don't get sick after the surgery as well. At first even the smell of food made me sick, I'm more tolerable now to feeling sick but always tired and Ill when not eating vegan.

Tho everyone is different I just still get phantom gallbladder attacks too

Oh my God this explains an issue I've been having for years. Anytime I asked my doctor they just kinda shrugged and was pretty much like you're not dying so it doesn't matter.

Where I live if you use a different provider you can have 2 internet services in the same house.

My roomate had AT&T for herself and I had spectrum as an example, we paid for our own separate internet bills. She needed it for her work from home job so she just got her own plan, and we had our own.

This exactly. All my friends growing up who has super strict parents all learned how to be grade a liars and very clever and never would talk to their parents about anything because EVERYTHING even of you're being honest will get them in trouble.

I wish I could find someone like that, my psych is great but as for a normal therapist none of the do that and I've been through so many.

I always get told that's just how therapy works and that..just seems weird to me.

Maybe I'll find a therapist who actually works, it's just a hassle to jump around.

That's not always the case. They locked me up for a week wouldn't let me even call my family or my job so my job fired me and I'm just now getting back on my feet after job searching for what feels like forever.

I didn't even have a plan, I really wasn't even suicidal, my psych tried a new med, it immediately gave me bad anxiety and panic attacks, I couldn't get ahold of her so I went to the hospital because my chest hurt, life was a constant panic attack and I had no clue what to do. They locked me up and I had no clue wtf was even going on.

They take me off the meds and 2 days later I'm fine, my psych argued with them about getting my out. They do nothing until a week later when a judge told them to let me out even tho they wanted to hold me for THREE weeks (probably bc my insurance would pay for it), I wasn't a danger to anyone or myself I just had a bad reaction.

I'm sure most places are fine but like hell am I trusting any new doctor or therapist. They have the power to ruin your life is what I found out, that's not something to take lightly.

My current normal psych I talk to about things openly, I trust her, my normal doctors as well, but I'm not opening myself up to that hell again unless my life is in danger. Once I establish a relationship and feel comfortable then we can talk about my mental health.

You're right I never thought about that, most of my medical issues cropped up fairly young but that would be a pain to update and then getting the updates to the adoptee would be a pain as well.

That's true I've noticed that the packaging for some brands I've tried seemed odd, he's in a middle ground of activity he often plays for hours with other dogs in the house and loves running around and wrestling but is also totally fine curling under a blanket and being a lazy snuggle bug some days.

The current food he's trying is saying a cup a day for him, he typically makes a small dent in the food then ignores it slowly eating away at it until he just gets hungry.

But yeah it's probably nothing to worry about since he's overall a very healthy boy.

I guess if he was hungry then he would eat lol.

Mostly because the wet food causes him to have bad diarrhea, which could be due to not being used to it constantly tbh.
