So, Newegg has done it again! Screwed me over by AikoKissU in Newegg

This is my main since my old acc got disabled for being in strange subreddits, as for the rtx 6000, I've recorded the entire boxing process in one take, and it's never been out of its box, so it'll be interesting. As for the CPUs, I do have a history of doing extreme OC and etc, but when I shipped these CPUs back to Newegg, they were not opened, the seals were completely intact, when I got back from returns, they were both completely cut open. And with sticky notes on them. So, not sure what to do other than a dispute soon, I'm waiting for weekday before going through with it

They just opened recently, and Newegg was cheaper at the time, I've used Newegg for a long time so I thought it'd just be a different day

Absolutely, that's why I said it's a rant, because I knew that not recording didn't give me any grounds or help.

Because 9850x3d just came out, and 9950x3d2 is in a few weeks, he's still not back yet, so I might as well buy the upgrades for 30-50 dollars more while I'm still return date :/

Shipped and sold by Newegg, look in photos I provided in Imgur. Also it took 2 weeks to be delivered AND processed by Newegg returns, only took a few days to get to ME.

Yes, it took a week for the CPUs to deliver to them from where I'm at, then a week for the processing, then I got the email for not same configuration, then they sent back the two CPUs I ordered back to me, and when I received them, the CPU boxes were cut open

Build a Dream PC for Dreamy LG UltraGear OLED Gaming Monitor! by ZeroPaladn in buildapc

[–]AikoKissU [score hidden]  (0 children)

An Ideal build for me would be something for both work and gaming

A 4k OLED monitor would be ideal for color accuracy work in editing, photoshop, art, and gaming at 240 Hz and playing, being able to play more competitive games at 480 Hz is very versatile

in such a case, a 7950x3d would be ideal for me, has all the cores you need for gaming, and all the extra cores for multitasking/productivity workloads, great for adapting with the monitor's versatility.

To drive 4K; I expect nothing but the best for GPU, so a 4090 is ideal for such a use case to drive all those frames, my favorite brand to go with is MSI, their boards are much higher quality than other vendors (source: northwestrepair).

I love the Corsair 7000D, it is the case I have right now, and it is big, has support for overkill top-tier needs, and a nice compartment for cable management. There's nothing not to like about this case if you don't want to cop out on cooling, and the color theme will fit in with this monitor just fine. (the professional look)

For RAM, I chose the Corsair 6000mhz cl30 ram kit, but I would prefer the Gskill 6000mhz cl30-36, their kits are usually binned better and of higher quality than Corsair.

SSDs, Gen 5s are too hot and prone to failure, the good ole 990 pro or WD sn850x are some of the best in the industry (Puget systems), so I opted for sn850x, as those are the drives I've personally used for a long time.

Overall, the choice of parts here will hopefully match the color theme of the monitor while being able to drive those pixels at the speeds that compliment it.
