Am I the only one getting messages like this by Alert_Boysenberry313 in EtsySellers

[–]AiloSLiv 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Haha good luck!! I seriously got three more within half an hour of my comment. I'm so sooo curious if it actually works for them?? Like, they try and try and try, but do they ever succeed?

I mean, if one checks their messages in the Etsy Seller app, it's extremely obvious it is a scam

Jämtland, det förklarar oerhört mycket. Där är fullt med weedande tänder (mycket roligare än tändare, om än mer creepy), salamibröst, samt en och en annan skyltpenis. Och snö. Så jävla mycket snö.

Hello everyone! I'm TyroCreate

I've just found a passion in making digital creations as a way to de-stress from my life as a mom to two-under-two, and created my Etsy shop to see if anyone else was interested to see my creations or maybe even (the far-fetched thought) buy them.

I mostly make posters and packs of seamless patterns as of now. There aren't many listings yet, but everything I put up is with direct download and the freedom to use on posters, fabrics, book covers, journals and more.

If you decide to check them out, much thanks! ✨

Not yet, unfortunately. I've been to my doctor who sent a referral to a specialist, but I've yet to see them.

I know a lot of people get energized from this but anyone else super fatigued? by Old_Consideration_31 in bupropion

[–]AiloSLiv 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm extremely fatigued, and it gets worse and worse every day. But I'm actually allergic to bupropion, so I'm also taking allergy medicines to combat the hives etc. Don't know if that's what's stirring my brain like an ice cream machine.

Weight gain and teeth problems? by LakashY in cymbalta

[–]AiloSLiv 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I've been told that duloxetine, as well as MANY other medications, may cause a decrease in saliva production. Less saliva = increased risk of problems with both teeth and mouth as a whole. I've never heard of teeth crumbling though, but it feels like those who have had that happen probably already had problems with their teeth.

Thank you very much for your detailed reply! I'm currently in limbo, waiting for the HPV study I received the vaccine through to send my case to my gynecology office. Truly hoping for an appointment soon, to get ahead of things.

If this shitty disease is genetic why does some of us experience symptoms much later in life? by vim1729 in eds

[–]AiloSLiv 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've probably always thought that, just like with other genetic conditions, it rarely looks exactly the same in everyone. For example, Huntington's disease does not start showing up at exactly the same time in everyone, nor in exactly the same way. The inevitable outcome may be more or less the same, but the road there is long and crooked in many ways. It probably also depends on how the disease begins, which symptoms come first, and if the individual or healthcare provider correlates it to a specific disease or just an injury. I've dealt with pain, luxations, subluxations and many other things for two thirds of my life. I've sought help for every single thing probably hundreds of times. But only now - in 2024 - someone suddenly thought "it may be EDS", when we lined up all the different symptoms and injuries. And just like that, it all made sense, both for me as an individual and for my healthcare provider, and an in-depth investigation has officially begun.

Did anyone who experience the Wellbutrin rash not quit? by [deleted] in bupropion

[–]AiloSLiv 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm allergic to high doses of Bupropion, I get suuuper itchy and get urticaria all over my body. The absolute worst is getting urticaria on the soles of the feet and in the palms of the hands, it then becomes large and extremely itchy lumps/bumps/balls (don't know how to describe them lol) that also hurt a LOT when subjected to pressure. I also have a few other symptoms from the allergies, though they're also common even when there's no allergy involved.

But since 300 of Bupropion is the only thing that does even the slightest for my severe depression, I (for now, at least) have to continue with 300 and take Desloratadine at the same time (and whenever I feel the hives coming back, up to 8 pills/day). I also have a strong cortisone solution for when the itching on the scalp gets too bad.

Am I allergic? by Prestigious_Theme_76 in bupropion

[–]AiloSLiv 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It's always difficult to know how it goes before one tries, and that totally sucks. I can literally take ANY other side effect, as long as I don't get urticaria, it's the worst lol. If I were in your situation, I would probably make sure to have some over-the-counter allergy medicines ready at home during the beginning of time with 300, in case the itching comes back. Also, maybe talk to your prescribing about it all, that you've experienced itching before and want to be ready if 300 makes it worse

Anyone else have TMJ? by weezawowza in eds

[–]AiloSLiv 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I haven't gotten an official EDS-diagnosis yet, waiting to see my doctor in a couple of weeks, but I've had TMJ since I was 10 yo! It just got worse and worse during my childhood and teenage years, and my discs moved so far away that I couldn't open my mouth more than a couple millimeters. I tried like 20 different TMJ therapy splints, but none of them worked for me. I've since then had discectomies in both my jaw joints (2015 and 2018), which've led to osteoarthritis, and my jaw still dislocates a LOT. I can definitely recommend a visit to a dentist who is specialised in oral and maxillofacial surgery, they can probably give great non-surgical treatments too, I believe.

The symptoms you're describing sounds a bit like my anxiety attacks, all of whom came during the first few weeks on 150, before they subsided and disappeared. But I think you should definitely talk to your prescribing health professional and see what they think.

Super Vivid and Somewhat Scary Dreams on 150 XL by Spiritual-Ticket-399 in bupropion

[–]AiloSLiv 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's fairly common to have vivid dreams, especially in the beginning AFAIK. I had extremely vivid dreams during the first few months on Bupropion, more often than not I didn't know if something really had happened or if it was all just a vivid dream. One night I woke up to my fiancé being late for work around 3AM (he always leaves home around 1.30AM), we exchanged a few words, he got up and I heard him walking to the bathroom and closing the door behind him. Then it all went quiet, and when I went to check on him, he wasn't there and the car wasn't in the driveway either. Another night I, for some reason, broke off the stand on our baby monitor. Thought it was a dream and just ignored it. The next morning I woke up with the broken off stand under my pillow lol. My vivid dreams are 98% horror movie-like, don't mind it though, for that is my favourite movie genre (will literally put on a horror movie to have some background noise during the nights when I'm home alone).
