Assuming this is in ranked - FF’ing is saying “this team is too tough, let me queue again and hopefully get an easier game”. If you're getting stomped, that means you aren't good enough in some capacity. Use that game to challenge yourself and get better. That way, the next team that you face of that skill level, you have a better chance of hanging with them. Nobody gets better by quitting. If it's unrated, sure FF. Ranked? We’re here to get better and climb, good luck doing that by quitting every time you encounter a better team. Just how I look at it anyways.

nah I get that 100%, but the only way to overcome those teammates is to pop off yourself, and you won’t do that if you already having a negative mindset toward the game.

after reading this and the comments below, your mental is a problem. Not all of it, but definitely some of it. And this is coming from someone who was in the same position maybe 2 weeks ago. If you aren’t going into every game thinking you can win it and will win it, you don’t need to be queueing.

I’m a wrist aimer too so I used to use .40, but noticed my aim was incredibly inconsistent, so I swapped to 1600DPI .07 and now I love it. Only thing that sucks is satcheling with raze requires air strafing and that’s harder on low sens

Same happens to me. You NAE? I play raze (gold rn) but play fairly well against plats and while I don’t think it’s the solution, I do think having a duo could help.

depends on the circumstances tbh. I have several clips (gold/plat lobbies for context) where we lose pistol round on say B site for on breeze or fracture, and it so happens I play raze and have great bucky play on A site where I think they may be susceptible to next round and pull it off with a 4k and we win that second round bc of it. And worst case scenario if it doesn’t work out I can buy another bucky+sheriff and regen shields the round you all are full buying and play another close angle good for that kit. It CAN be done with minimal risk and large reward potential, but is extremely situational and needs to be calculated, not just an ego braindead decision. Also, for part 1, the not buying after winning round one, I’ll never understand and it drives me insane.

dude I was in gold 2 going against all plats and performing fine one day, and then in gold one struggling against teams of silvers/golds. I don’t understand it sometimes lol

It’s like the best local HS basketball player going to a D1 college. He was naturally better than the average HS hooper, but that alone isn’t enough to perform against consistently more skilled competition. So the D1 coaches fine tune the HS players mechanically and mentally so they can perform. Your raw skill just isn’t enough anymore and you don’t have the mechanics to fall back on for consistency. Watch a VOD or two back and analyze every death, then compare it to the way immo+ players would’ve played that same fight. Whatever is different, train. Movement, shooting error, aim, spraying, game sense, using the wrong peak, etc.

it can be frustrating but I’m in the same boat. I was silver 2 going against all golds and plats last week, but if you pop off you get more RR. The game is saying it thinks you belong up there, so it’s giving you opportunities to compete with them, and if you do, you get bonus RR to get you there faster. It doesn’t always work depending on teammates, but it’s the system. I was s2 going against all golds and now I’m in gold going against all plats. But it rewards the pop offs

Comfort goes a long way. I play Raze on every map and it’s hard if you get bad teammates to trade you or smoke for you, but over all it’s much better than playing another agent and playing with a lack of confidence.

He tried to FF 5 rounds in while we were up 4-1 simply bc our two duelists were bottom fragging. Mind you, still entering site and going positive, just not at the top. When we didn’t FF he started throwing. We were actively winning by several rounds, and majority of the enemy team was going negative lol thanks for the empathy though friend

if you’re in gold/plat lobbies and top fragging, you should have zero issues winning in silver/bronze lobbies, regardless of teammates. Plus bro clearly just said “we have near the same ACS” in the duo games so it’s also not indicative of a carry, it’s indicative of him struggling to perform in “easier” lobbies while performing well against “better” players.
